Mon 5th June, Enjoy SA in Half a Day!
Due to the limited time available in Adelaide I decided to join Hanna on this whistle top tour of the city. The driver provided us with information about; St.Peteres Cathedral, SA (South Australia) Museum, Are Gallery, Torrrens River, Central Market, East End, Botanic Gardens, The Parklands, Rundle Mall, Victoria Square…. Then on to a free tour of Haigh’s Chocolate Factory with a free cup of coffee and chocolate samples. After this we went up the freeway through the Heysen Tunnels to Mt. Lofty Summit for a view over Adeaide and across St.Vincent Gulf. Our last stop was the German village of Hahndorf. Then most importantly a much needed early night!
