Tues 6th June, Barossa Valley

The Barossa Valley is a famous wine region in Australia. During this visit we stopped at the Worlds Largest Rocking Horse (yes it really was as exciting as you can imagine!!)., then to the Whispering Wall. The first winery we visited is called Orlando, the home of Jacobs Creek, where we were introduced to the history of Jacobs Creek brand, and more importantly wine tasting! We then headed into Tanunda, a historical town in the Barossa Valley, then onwards to Richmond Grove, more wine and a BBQ made up of steak, chicken and Kangaroo.

The next winery was Cockatoo Ridge Winery, then a stop at Menglers Valley lookout and onto our last winery, called Bethany Winery.
